Flavor Notes:

A lighter citrus sauce. Unlike plain oranges, blood orange is not as sweet and provides a pleasant citrus for sauces, fusing together elements of savory and sweet with the heat from our ghost peppers. This is similar to our Black Death sauce but less sweet and with a noticeable taste of dried ghost peppers as opposed to fresh.
